what does the future hold?

I am thinning of taking a large holding in is puppy and was reading through the prospectus. It clearly says that management has over 50pc and this will be a deterrent stake for any potential takeovers. It also spells out some delightful terms of MASSIVE renumeration for the directs if the tenements are commercialized. I think there will be a handful of winners here fellas. Namely th e directors. For te rest of us- keep in mind it is like one big glorified ponzi scheme. Thought?
