I dont think there is too much to worry about in making money out of this one.
These directors are in it purely for greed and an early retirement. They will ramp this to the extreme and flog it off to the first Chinese company offering them $1.50 plus.

This is feeding purely off the recent flurry of T/O activity in the Oz coal industry and. It is safe to assume that there will not be any negative news released about this stock and it will steadily climb till the first offer presents itself.
