That’s a great question. Company media release said TTT was buying Vaaru but no market announcement. Query to the Company Secretary ‘Why no market announcement?’ . Response was they had not bought Vaaru but doing due diligence and would make a market announcement if they bought them. Not a word about it since - just a $25000 gold plated free bike that no one wanted to buy
