@AE23. I do NOT think anyone can do anything. Us SH's had an option to get rid of the management. We chose not to do anything about it. Please refer to the last vote numbers.
Remember, Ashley is an accountant; I'm sure he is good with the books and other ASX guidelines. They won't be able to touch him. I have made up my mind that I am never going to see my money back. I own several million of these shares. At one point, I was about to buy more to average it down. For some reason, I decided not to do it myself.
