pretty sure GXY will end up with the assets of A40, absorbed into GXY, A40 shareholders will get nothing. Just another day in speculative land.

Very similar action happening with Cleanaway ( ASX: CWY ) buying the major debt of collapsed SKM ( not listed) and putting SKM in to receivership, with the plan to buy SKM for SFA from the receivers. Great deal for CWY holders - me included.
Sometimes you are the screwed, sometimes you are the screwer.
