they have convertible notes that require interest to be paid on each date set on the notes - hene they are saying they have the cash to pay for the convertible notes

I think is a (convertible notes) is where you give them money - like a bond but at the end of the timeframe they convert to shares - but you also get the annual interest payout on whatever the % rate is for the time they are listed.
