All good mate, if you have difficulties with your listening skills then I'm sorry I didn't mean to upset you. On the face of it, your post appeared lazy and that's why I called it out.
The simplest description I can give is:
iSignthis have a patented payments process (Paydentity) that allows regulated merchants to comply with fraud/money laundering rules in a quick and low friction way, cross border.
iSignthis have developed a payments ecosystem (ISXPAY) that a merchant naturally flows into through use of Paydentity. ISXPAY allows a merchant's customers to make payments from essentially any major card scheme (Visa etc.) or alternate payment method (APM) natively in many different currencies. The funds from those payments can then be stored in bank accounts (EMAs) established by iSignthis and/or can be transferred/directed to external accounts through a variety of banking channels (SWIFT, SEPA etc.). All through this process iSignthis clip the ticket.
The payments ecosystem has/is being built to a world class level in its infrastructure. ISX refuse to use the middleman so to speak. They have developed their own payment network with direct links to the card schemes, central banks and their own CORE banking software (Probanx) and gateway infrastructure (Baltic Banking Service). What all this inhouse infrastructure means is total control of their payment network and very high margins.
New aspects of the business that are coming online are licencing of their banking products to other neobanks and payment providers as well as a retail/consumer e-wallet offering called Flykk Wallet.
iSignthis currently have operations in the European Economic Area (EEA) and Australia. The Australian operations are expected to grow rapidly later this year once their Authorised Deposit-taking Institute (ADI) and associated licences are granted. They also have flagged entering a new market later this year.
Hope that gives a simplified run down of what they do.

Thanks for all the posts from long time investors. This monster is very hard to get the head around it if u no in-depth knowledge of the financial world. So many facets to this. No wonder APRA needs more time to approve ADI. Once we have ADI smartmoney will be very interested. We are waiting for this to be in their radar to get SP extrapolate. IMO.
