This lease is surrounded by some very well healed companies with extremely large market caps including UMN (GBP800M or USD1.5B) which largely is up there because of the ground surrounding WME. Even BMN at AUD318M cap (94m shares) makes WME look very cheap at AUD40m cap (203m shares). This is supported recently by some very good professional commentary.

I have seen more rises and falls than a faulty bakers oven over many years and this one still smells like freshly baked bread!
