David Symons says "After backing out the earnings of the pharmaceuticals division and applying a seven times EBIT margin to the remaining earnings - in line with the trading multiple of listed competitor API - a trading price of around 50 cents looks about right for Sigma shares."
BUT..The Pharmaceuticals division was sold on a P/E of 12 not 7, and these were the toxic assets!...If we use a P?E of 12 for the remaining assets then what is the value of sip today?? Hmmmm - Stock up and get 75c within 90 days as long as the dow does not crash!
