I am pretty sure that is in there every year.....
From what I hear it will be a cap raise for a new acquisition, otherwise it could be on the back of a major project win and I cant see that.... just to raise money for "reserve" doesn't make sense... anyway, from what I hear the next acquisition is close, but not a done deal till it is signed given things can fall over at the last minute.
