As it is currently HAW's 40% of MtBevan is worth $74mill isn't it? So once drilling is completed they theoretically could own 40% of 4+ Billion tons of IO. Now what's that gonna be worth? With NMDC not wanting to pay full price for our share of MtBevan why would they pay top $$ for HAW's 40%.
Could NMDC be happy with just 60% and HAW to do as they wish with there lot? Or is a hostile takeover possible? LCY owns 18%? How much more to gain control? (don't know much about takeovers!)
