    The securities of Glory Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be suspended from quotation immediately, pending release of the outcome of resolutions at the Company’s general meeting to approve the Company’s change of scale in activities.

    The Company’s securities will remain suspended pending recompliance with Chapters 1 and 2 of the listing rules.

    There has been a recent surge in share price - and now it's suspended.
