    My friend is holder of CFe and GLY.
    He is unsure of taking part in the capital raising as the issue price is 25 cents and GLY last price was 21.5 cents.
    Could there be better value buying after the capital raising?
    What are the opinions of the average retail investor in GLY?
    Do GLY holders do nothing or should they
    take part in the capital raising or should they buy after the capital raising on market at possibly a lower share price?
