Another thing new - well for me at least - that was quietly slipped in to the AGM presentation (slide 42) was the mention of a SAVR.
Have no idea of the potential economics of such a valve (except open heart surgery is double the numbers of a TAVR insertion). Also have no idea whether this is separate from the previously stated $200 - $400 million annual potential of the 3D pipeline...
Interesting days ahead for those who can emotionally handle the current volatility.
