if passed, company will relist as Resource Star Limited.
They are esentially bridging a shell to a new company, with the capital raising occurring at 20 cents.
You would expect they will consolidate your shares at somewhere between 1 for every 10-11 held
It has given the company and its shareholders more direction as far as im concerned
