I feel like the morning star fair value figure is just a running average with some flex built in... even though they make it out like its based on fundamentals.
For example when SCU was pumping up, the fair value estimate went from $0.01 to (I can't remember the exact number, but something like) $0.60... not sure where they got that from. The SP was pumped up over $1 at that point. Now the SCU fair value figure is $0.17... go figure...
