    the shareholder meet this month will be the place to get a heads up on licences - assuming nothing breaks before then.

    Parsifal - I think has posted why it is a good thing - not a bad thing on the delay..

    I can only 'assume' the delay is by OUR choice

    all IMO of course - I cannot speak of my conversations here
