could someone please explain what the downside is for AED? when its deal is complete it will have no debt, 300m in the bank, 40% interest in a producing oilfield (generating good cashflow) and other great prospects, the only risk I see is the deal falling thru however this is unlikely with skyrocketing oil prices since the deal was done and with the various approvals received
