The fund managers should have been sacked on the spot. Only one negative trade had occurred (due to a Bank of China trader forgetting to roll over contracts on time). There was essentially zero probability of further negative trades. So a guaranteed >100% upside was destroyed because somebody panicked for no reason. An absolute fiasco.
