    More like speculation that would drive the price, rather than oil itself. But no, I don't think it's a dead stock, I believe the upside are more than the downside, now that negative oil price is unlikely to happen. Just don't expect a big spike, more like slow steady climb with oil price stabilizing (and a few little drop with the bad news along the way)
