Dow lost 18%(?) in Oct 87 crash, only 4% last night. It is bad but not extremely irrational. A bit of fear around for the next 6 months, but not the end of you or me.
If I suggest that due to a burst house price bubble in the US we are headed back to the middle ages, you would say I was a nutcase. So where are we headed? Back to 1987?
