WEG has been restructured. I reckon NICE has bought into WEG and that is why they are on the board. There were always faceless men behind WEG...well I reckon we now know who two of the faces are. Rizhao and Nice.

PLV has some pretty powerful partners. Let's hope Brett is savvy enough to deal with them. Tony had obviously had enough of them and tried to shunt them when he thought he saw an opening. Seems that opening was closed pretty quickly and he was history. Pity we didn't vote them down at the shareholder meeting when we had the chance.

We are still the operator of cocka, we still own 50% of it and WEG still only control 20% of the stock so we are still in charge of our own destiny for now. Good management will ensure that remains the case.
