I'd love to believe that ST,
but given they just asked for another 2 weeks, it was pretty clear to them last night that the accounts werent ready, no board meeting was called to approve them and no announcement was going to be forth coming to the market.
Midday announcement rather than first thing this morning.

Investor relations guy being paid to act for PLV and allows these last anouncments to come out as they have. PATHETIC!
No further announcement regarding remuneration package for BC since 1 March (over two months ago!) - PATHETIC!
Its been 9 days since the last round of announcements were released with plenty of gaps. This should have been plenty of time since negotiations were completed to draft a comprehensive announcement giving an operating update.
PATHETIC!
