It does seem odd though that a funding arrangement would come with a board seat. i agree, Nice will have some sort of interest with WEG. A substantial shareholding notice should be released shortly if this is the case.

As far as further announcements regarding what has occured since Jan, i dont think there will be any good news operationally speaking, otherwise if would have been in the quarterly.

I think we are stuck once again...."hopeing that the next announcement provides more details....."
