That's a good point you bring up in that they should be seeing increased transactions from the hundreds of agents who have taken out the micro loans, and I certainly wouldn't be unhappy to see the figures rising that's for sure.
So with this side of the platform increasing should they be looking at added to staff numbers now. The loan business alone is probably keeping a majority of the staff very occupied, so what's going to happen when the EMI comes in. Are they going to get swamped by just not being able to process everything all because of being under staffed. Not sure how much hands on processing is needed as far as the EMI goes, I'm sure it would be far less then the loan business but what if it really takes off, are they ready. Will the system experience overload and shut down like what happened to GoJek in their early days. The benefit of hindsight in knowing what happened to others is one thing very much in their PILs control atm.
