Contracts and assurances by the previous government don't stand a chance in today's Zambia.
Unless the new administration or even better, the new president gives assurances that certain companies are exempt from the new tax.
Or willing to Negotiate with individual companies,
rather than that's it. All present contracts are void and the new tax for all is 47% .
Legal action in that part of the world can be challenged in many different ways. Within and outside the context of the law.
