I don't have an issue with S&G as a legal business as many victims would not receive help or justice without a no win no fee approach. The cost to fund a case prevents many applicants from considering. Some can hate unions and continuously refer to the Labour party so if S&G is not for them they can go to a different firm.

My issue with S&G is about the performance or lack of performance to meet guidance etc which comes from BOD, senior management and operational level. (With the removal of guidance its an unknown quantity and just speculation and entertainment from everyone here on HC).. The same can be seen in other industries and businesses.

So this thread topic is just another duplicated headline until the banks receive SGH proposals and ASX announcements.
