the strong rumours I received are not from SGH or management just to clear that up. However discussions with the banking syndicate has been going on for quite some time and before the recent results and UK writedown annc.
The heat here on SGH has been moreso with the UK operations and Quindell acq. and associated writedown, whereas the Aust business has been fine.
Macquarie had to sell due to ASX Index rebalance as announced.
and there is no interest for the banks to enforce VA - tell me what the hell are they going to sell to recoup their debt ?
