Once the backlog of orders get filled, trading should return to normal levels (unless there is something else going on).

Often I have noticed that a large holder takes the opportunity to get out when the share price has had a bit of a spurt, and that brings the price down to more normal levels. I suspect this happened just before Easter. Best just to bide your time IMO.
