Look at the QAN response which has been close to exemplary
Both Qantas and Virgin have been terribly slow re refund policy. Most major airlines in the US and Europe did that weeks ago, then Air New Zealand followed and only now Qantas finally relented. Probably the last big airline in the western world to take action. I don't think it matters too much but to say their response has been exemplary is a bit much!
