In this game, everything always takes 4x as long as one would expect and as Stowaway has suggested, SSC tends to a little on the minimalist side as far as announcements go.

I'm sure on the next positive announcement it'll be pumped back into the mid two cent range, it's just a matter of time. UBS aren't going to allow their investment in SSC to languish at these levels for too long.
