Inefficient market, make the most of it - the company is with the buyback.
It's unwanted stock at the moment but this is when the money is made in my opinion, accumulating on the pullbacks and the doldrums, I think we are doldrums with the wind about to pick up.
Coup looks like old news, still trouble with separists in the North of Mali that may take a long time to be resolved but Syama is south of the capital Bamako.
