Fundamentally nothing has changed. But the markets expectations have.
If sentiment in HC is an indication of general sentiment then it is easy to accept the SP sliding away.
18 months ago everyone was saying that we would have customers liking down the door throwing money at us, legislation was imminent and that a contract with the Military was basically underway but the market couldn't be notified because of secrecy.
Multiple 100's of millions were being bandied round as likely revenue for 2017 by the most entrusted posters on this forum.
Now 18months later we have all sobered up and realise these things are going to develop a lot slower than we expected/hoped.
Fundamentally nothing has changed. But the markets expectations...
