I think you need to understand the Somali language but my Somali friends tell me that there is no funding from Puntland for the TFG and the jpeg file pasted is for the Puntland administration.The TFG gets money from the Mogadishu port and a line of bilateral aid to the tune of $200 million dollars from a near country.
