Clutching at straws I assume, climate change is dead, Oakshot is looking for relevance somehow...and of coarse thinks the dead and buried socially predatory CC dogma might help somehow.
Today the bloke is banging on pretending to be on the public's side for once....this is a little funny to me because the increase per vote to 1$ seems bi-partisan...he will/would get it no matter how he votes....nice to have that luxury...lets see if he gives any resultant windfall to one of the climate change charity's LOL
