2-3 minutes clip out of hours of questions/answers at the RC should put this clip into perspective. In short, no context is given around the response.
It's like, only recording Abbot's series of "umms" "ahhhs" and head nodding when presenting a contention on intellect or the ability to speak. It shouldn't be done without giving the context in which the response is given.
