As China has said, Australia is just that little annoying dog of the US that likes copying them.

Change is coming in the US and that's all that matters.

The Republicans have already called climate change for what it is - a giant hoax, that was eroded the affordability and way of living for most.

The shame for WA, like you say, is by the time they reverse the gas policy, the world will actually have gone green and the gas will be worthless.

But that's the Labor way, take something that has value and find a way to add enough tax and/or price controls (export restrictions) to give up that value, then move on to something else. If you don't believe me, just look at the STX share price which now looks like a train wreck.
