The CEO change is old news--in fact it was announced about 1 month ago. Their game performance across the board remains mediocre to put it at best. 10% on Friday was not on any news whatsoever. The stock is being manipulated big time.
Here's a serious question: if the good folks at Novomatic were going for a 100% takeover why didn't they do it earlier when the price was rock bottom. Can't help but think Novomatic is doing it's best to drive the price up so it can offload its holdings.
