I think the SP is going to take some time to move up any great deal. Unless we get news re CER asset sales prior, the next catalyst for a major jump will probably be the annual results on 28/8.
The biggest accumulator was Orbis but they are taking a back seat for a while.
Based on various current NTA calculations, this stock is way undervalued. The question is what impacts the US downturn has had on CER property values and this is what investors will be looking for at the upcoming results. Only then will the market be able to put a more realistic price on the stock.
Meanwhile though, it looks like a number of people have been jumping on the bandwagon in the past few days.
