Looks like the selling is done and we can try and work our way back to the mid 80s.
The cobalt price is pushing higher every day and CLQ mgmt and totally focused on delivering and as we have seen in the past, they will only dilute themselves at extremely good levels. Last placement was at 88c to Pengxin and RF was in there buying stock at 60c to fill his boots up again!
IMO chart has based extremely well, we have seen the lows and now need to push to test the resistance levels to the upside!
