I think we should bring in a rule that every transaction a shorter makes, even if 1 share trade then they need to pay $29.95 just like the rest of us. this will then stamp out these idiots shorting our stocks and let them be a true and fair value.

In the Last 14 minute of trade today there was approx 60 trades made for 1 share in an attempt to hold the stock back, not to mention the other 1 Share trades throughout the day.

60 Trades for 60 Shares value in CLQ =$38.10
Amount they should be charged in Brokerage if we all played by the same game $1797.00
