You have my vote, It needs to be driven by someone like Gerry Norman who would support you.
I very much favour a minimum charge on all transactions or even a transaction charge/tax of a couple of dollars on every transaction helps out the govt, and they can back off of pensioners who have worked and paid taxes all their life.
