Who doesn't want to get them at the lowest price? The point is that it is better to pay a couple of pips more and made sure we got them instead of trying to save a couple of pips and missed the run up all together. I think this one is on the way up judging by the recent volume and the number of positive announcements coming on. I wouldn't mind some more before the run commences.
