You could be right, but I hope not! That thought crossed my mind, that they know this isn't going to happen due to the side agreement and are bringing it on in dribs and drabs instead of one big blow for everyone. I hope this is totally wrong!!!! Im preparing for the worst, so that it can only be a bonus if anything good does eventuate.
