The PB meeting for release of financial report was in place already on the calander, the 'internal' issue of side agreements not being signed is a last minute hitch totally unrelated to PB's financial reportand bear in mind that the PF is probably not PB in any case.
We are all trying to second guess what is going on behind the closed doors and it is a fruitless excercise.
