Rudana Investment Group AG entered into a securities purchase and sale agreement to acquire 83.23% stake in Amecs Inc. (OTCBB: AMEC) from Alexei Gavriline for approximately $0.1 million on December 5, 2007. Following the completion, Alexei Gavriline, the sole officer and Director of Amecs will resign from his position. Mr. John Genner was appointed to serve on the Amecs Board of Directors. The Board has appointed Mr. Mohammed Haneefa Shereef Rehuman as the Amecs’s President ... and Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Riccardo Maggiora is appointed as a Director. The source of funds used by Rudana Investment Group AG to acquire these 5,000,000 shares is from Rudana Investment Group AG’s working capital. The Securities Purchase and Sale Agreement does not require a vote of Amecs shareholders. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval, resignation of Directors and consummation of due dilligence. The transaction is expected to be complete by December 17, 2007. Travis L.
