what grades management expects

As we expect the first drill results I think it is crucial that we understand what management is expecting from the first drill hole so that we judge it appropriately

From the article in ResourceStocks magazine of May (google "High hopes for Peruvian hilltop")...management says that they expect the grades in the oxide zone (this is where the first drill-hole was) to be 0.4g/t. However as they get deeper they expect that to increase to eventually average 5-7 g/t.

Therefore the target for the first hole is 0.4g/t.

They also go on to say that the metallurgy has shown 94 per cent recovery from the oxidised zone, which is as good as free gold.

My gut feeling is that when the assay results come out, that management will not provide the appropriate perspective (ie the fact that we expect the first hole to have lower grade than future holes) and as a result we could see a sell-off.
