I was reading a record from the 1840's written by a chap that had come to Australia and whilst here was I think a Magistrate at Ulladulla (NSW).
I haven't finished reading it so that's why I think he was a Magistrate (will have to follow that up and verify it)
The tittle of the work is:
"Rambles and Observations in NSW with Sketches of Men and Manners, Notices of the Aborigines, Glimpses of Scenery, and Some HInts to Emigrants"
Its by Joseph Phipps Townsend.
Anyway to cut a long story short, the Aborigines reckoned back in the 1840's or there abouts, that since the White Fella turned up the country had got dryer and hotter.
So there you go, Climate Change was brought here to Australia on a Ship................. just like the China Virus.
