    IMO
    Take over will go through now the difference will be that it will be a JV with Chinese SOE under the table as GJ is China man and prefer China. The JV could be 50:50 at the start to flush out any counter bid. Then slowly and slowly Chinese ratio will increase to take over whole project. But at the end only expect my Money back.
