share purchase plans are based on vwap. placement at this weeks vwap is around .23? they r often at rounder numbers arent they like MAK at $1.50 and GDN at .60 (a long time ago) so dont see 20 happening. it has to be win win, they get 50mil shares at .25 or so without bringing the sp to $1+ if they wanted to buy on market, so hoping 20cents NOT.
